Here is another tip from Traditional Herbs. I got this tip from one of the elderly folks in a village near my place. Here it goes:
Eating the young leaves from the small green guava tree can prevent our body from getting high-blood-pressure. We can make it into a habitual routine, and this will benefit us in the long run. Many people eat it raw, since it is in the best nutrient condition.
Malay people eat it with grated coconut mixed with pounded chilli and a bit of anchovy paste. If you want to try it, the recipes are given below.
1/2 of coconut (grated)
1/2 a handful of fried anchovies (pounded until fine)
1 tbs lemon juice
a pinch of salt
1/2 of red chilli (pounded until fine)
Mix all of these ingredients and put it into a dry blender. Just give a quick blend, about 2-3 seconds just to make the ingredients mix together evenly.
After that you can serve it with the freshly picked young guava leaves. Malay people like eating this dish with rice, salted fish and beef/chicken/fish/mutton cooked in coconut milk.

Its very helpful. One thing that I always stressed is don't put yourself in anger. Anger is bad for our healthyness. Oh, if you gotta time, visit my post about heart disease. You can comment there and give your link about how to cure it with traditional herbs.
